I've read a few reports of all iPhone 5s cases being able to fit the SE which should open up a lot of options quickly. I have been a big fan of the Lifeproof Nuud Series for a while. Also looking at the one of the Pelican Cases. I not only have to have a case on my phone, but it has to be a tough one. I am just at likely to be up 30 feet in the air with my phone as I am to be behind my desk. Depending on how the waterproof reports come back on the SE my sway my choice too.

My phone gets thrown on a regular occasion (students with special needs) and dropped regularly also (I've been a bit rough with my devices). I've been using otterboxes (I replace my defender once a year or so, when the case starts to have some pretty serious damage). Any other suggestions?

Waterproof isn't a big concern for me, and I'm intrigued by the rhino shield but I'm not sure how that would hold up to being shoved in my pocket 50 times a day...

I've had my Lifeproof Nuud on my 5 since April of 2014. The case doesn't look new anymore, but my phone still dose. Its been pretty beat up, put is actually holding up pretty well.

Does anyone think the SE would be like the 5c without much choice for case? I don't know but I heard from a review somewhere the case for 5s and SE does not fit perfectly despite having practically the same look. I like having different cases for change but if SE cases turns out to be like 5c, that's too little choice for me...

Which review did you hear that from? Personally I cannot see an issue coming up because the Apple Store has a case that says it works with iPhone 5C/5S/SE and also the iPhone SE Leather Case says it is compatible with all three of them as well.

The 5S and SE cases DO NOT fit 5C, they fit the 5, 5S and SE.

I'll take the Pepsi challenge with cases and put the Apple leather case against anything for feel and functionality. Protection? Stop being clumsy. Their leather case is the tops for any iPhone I think.

Id be of the opinion no case is the best case.....it'd be great to have the option of getting official apple silicone cases in lots of colours just like the 6 family.
