We don't know for sure, so we'll have to wait and see but I would expect the 5se to have a retina display since the 5 and 5s did.

It's highly unlikely that Apple will ever release a phone with a non-retina screen in today market.
Every phone since the iPhone 4 has a retina screen, including the 5C so it's pretty safe to say that it will have one.
