Does anyone have any apps based on COVID-19 that they'd like to share with the rest of us? I heard a local DJ mention a couple the other day, but was driving and couldn't write them down. Of course, by the time I went to look for them, I couldn't remember what they were called!

What are you looking for exactly?

I have a direct link on my homepage to the Johns Hopkins website for data (number of cases, deaths, plots). I also use the link on Google for all to get news/information.

I just installed an app called Sydney Care. Not sure how useful it's going to be.

You can also check out https://www.google.com/covid19

Just suggestions of Apps that people are using. Basically trying to start a conversation where we could share information.

BC COVID-19 (didn't try it personally, since I'm on the other side of the country): https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/BC-COV...t/id1502907052 (British Columbia, Canada)

That's what I'm doing. I would tend to trust them or John's Hopkins more than an app.

Use who.int and public, not corporate, media. Sadly, at least in the US, other sources are at least questionable.

For updates on actions to take, use local, state/province, and national public health sources, as well as your medical team if you have specific questions and concerns.

    Please stay safe!

Possibly the information posted was not scientific. As stated previously, who.int is the best source for information about the virus itself. I have numerous connections in this arena, including healthcare workers.

I use RIVM.nl for information about the death toll and hospitalized people as well as IC usage.
I also follow like 4 news sites to stay up to date.

Also, it’s in your own best interests to follow local and national health guidelines from medical professionals. My own experience with the Dutch government is that they react a little late on developments and I’m sure many other folks in different countries think the same about their respective governments, US citizens included.
