I just noticed with the last YouTube update the feature of automatic darkmode is no longer available...while my iPad has the same update and has it to where set by system. Anyone else out there noticing it?

Works for me.
I updated my post with a picture. In the settings it just lets me turn it on manually and not when darkmode turns on.

Yes but it does not allow for automatic like when I have darkmode enabled in the evenings to come on i have to manually switch it. The setting is available on my iPad to switch between Automatic, dark, light.

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying when you switch back to dark mode on your phone, YouTube stays in light mode? I didn't know it ever switched according to how your phone is set.

Sorry if I’m not being clear. YouTube for a while had automatic dark mode depending on systematic settings. Seems like they took the feature out in a recent update...it was a nice feature to have since I watch a lot of YouTube.
