Open the App store, click on your icon in the upper right corner, select Redeem Gift Card or Code. Type the code and the app will install automagically.

It's an interesting keyboard and I'm still getting used to it. I have noticed that autocorrect tends to keep the first letter typed. Like in interesting and getting, both of those autocorrected as iinteresting and ggetting. Autocorrect autocorrected to aautocrrect until I added the ed at the end.

I may pick it up at some point. Any problems with keyboard lag when going back to Apple's default keyboard? I've noticed I get some when I have Gboard installed.

I don't mind paying in advance for apps at all usually. The one exception is keyboards in iOS. I don't have the same problem with Android keyboards. Due to Apple's stringent policies keyboards on iOS can behave erratically. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Apple has those policies in place for their users, it's just most iOS keyboards don't perform great in my experience.
