How to view iBooks book cover?

I'm not sure if I am missing a piece here, but it seems there is no way to view a full screen view of a book cover in iBooks?

The moment I select a book, it shows the cover for a second, then moves on to the book itself, and I can't find the book cover in the TOC either.

Have you tried using the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen to scroll back to the cover?

I guess they figure folks only want to see inside the book.

Nothing native seems to do the trick for most books. I do have a workaround. When you open a book, the cover quickly pops up and disappears; in that time I just take a screenshot.
