Blank Pokemon - when evolving

[Pyinkado]

I was evolving "Ivysaur" , and during the evolvment, all went blank ( the icon ) went missing and till now it has been such..
furthermore, on the map page, I cannot log on any creatures that appear, and sometimes the page turn blank ( totally white )

I reboot, log on / log of - but each time when view the details of " Ivysaur " the same thing happens??

What is the solution, and how to rectify ???
