I cant sign up for pokemon go

On my phone the sign up website doesnt let me change the date, and on the pc it says

this when i enter my email in

can anyone help me

Their servers are overloaded. It will take patience (and persistence) to get in right now, unfortunately.

Patience young Jedi's. Try to sign up in off hours, not when the servers are slammed.

It seems to be bad page coding - it happens at any different time of day and on 4 different browsers and 3 devices.
And it amazes me companies still don't get prepared for registration onslaught on these things.
Try explaining "server overload" to a 12 year old.

I had to explain it to my 6 year old. Went over ok, he knows there's plenty of time to catch them. Good luck!
