This app will show if your CPU has been slowed down by Apple or any other reason. Tap the hamburger icon in the upper left >Tap this device> Tap CPU. If CPU actual clock equals CPU Maximum clock, then it's not slowed down.

I don’t think this is an accurate conclusion at all.
Actual clock is ... actual clock. Modern SoC doesn’t keep maximum frequency all the time. They are continuously changing frequency.
Lirum doesnt work very well with A11 Bionic (it doesn’t read the CPU freq), but even with Dasher X if I run it twice I can get two different results in the ACTUAL FREQ section.
The only way to discover if you are being throttled is Geekbench (or any synthetic benchmark).

I added the Color Pop App after attending a Photo Walk at our local Apple Store this past weekend. It's a lot of fun!

What’s the difference ?

First thing I noticed was I can print from Inbox but not from Gmail. Now if I set up the iPhone mail app with my Gmail I can print, but the Gmail app doesn't allow printing, as least as far as I've searched. Inbox app has a print function.

That's what I read on a reputable site. I see no reason to disbelieve what they said. Maybe you're wrong in your assessment.

... and maybe I’m not.
Here two screenshots taken literally FOUR SECONDS apart. Results: two different values. And on an iPhone 8 Plus (thus not affected at all by any throttling).
I probably started coding when the reputable site’s author was an infant :p

“Wordament” by Microsoft, but I’m about to uninstall it. Ads without an option to remove them and a login requirement to track achievements spoiled it for me. Gotta go gotta go!....

Huh... I thought it was Target, but I've installed two more since then, and Little Caesar is the latest (don't mock me... My kids love that garbage, and at least it's cheap!)
