Can I get some help with Medicine apps for the iPhone 6?

I have a question about Medicine apps for IPhone 6

Is there any app that will let me list 2 meds 2 different ways:
1. List one medicine as 1/2 because I take one as 1/2 every day.

2. I have another medicine I take 7.5 for 2 days and third day 5 and then repeat is there any app that would let me list it as there and have a calendar that I can use to list the days I take the medicine as 7.5 days and the 5 days.
