What apple app can i install to alert me of text messages through my bluetooth while driving?

My Samsung did this automatically. It alerted me of a message in my 2014 vehicle (thru UConnect) - it also texted back to the person with an auto reply that I was driving and I would respond later.

AT&T has an auto responder app for when you re driving. Not sure if the other carriers have something similar.

I just use Siri to read and dictate responses to messages in the car.
