MS People Replacement?

Hello, I am switching from WindowsPhone to iPhone tomorrow as the app disparity finally was too much form me. And most of the MS software is on Apple, obviously, seemingly better in most cases.

Something I will miss is the consolidated social feed if Facebook and Twitter in the people app on WP.

Is there a close equivalent you can recommend on ios? Thanks

Were you on 8.1 or 10? When I was on 8.1 on a Lumia 930, the people app hardly updates on the tile. I kinda prefer it having different apps on different networks. It gets confusing if you were to put all into one.
