I have a small amount of credit left on my account. I've moved and need to change my istore region so I can use vouchers I got for Christmas. Any way of getting rid of this credit some he or any apps you know I could buy?

Welcome to iMore! I suggest making a purchase if you really want to get rid of the balance. Even if it's more than your credit balance they should be able to debit whatever credit card you have on file for the difference.

My friend , all you have to do , just call the apple store customer service which is giving a service in your country and talk about your problem , I had same problem , they fixed it.
