I have the apple watch, its only a few months old and Im not happy with it. I have talked to support and apple care and there is no help there. The watch last about four hour when using an app. In my case its the health app. which is what I bought it for along with the watch itself. When I go to work four hours into my shift the phone begins to tell me my power is gone and of course with a charger like it has you can't just go plug it into you car chargers. For that kind of money I would expect a lot better product.

This would better be served as a conversation post in the watch section

The health app shouldn't be draining your watch battery that quickly. Try updating your watch to the current 2.1 version of the watchOS and if that doesn't help take it to an Apple Store and have them check it out

The watch charger works fine in a car as I use mine at the campground
