Clear Google Photos Cache?

Any way to clear the cache in Google Photos? I've deleted a photo from my phone, but it's stuck somehow.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled. No fix.
I've signed out of my Google account and resigned in. No fix.
I've permanently deleted the photo. No fix.

Check on the website if the photo is existent there as well. It could be a misbehaving photo and deleting it from Google Photos web interface could be the only remedy.

Nope. The photo isn't there to delete. Any other ideas?

I'm out of ideas. Call me a Apple fan boy, but I dislike Google Photos and Google Music, just for this reason.
