Does anyone know of a walkthrough of the iPad adventure game "Untold: The Secret of the Tower?"

I can't seem to get the tower to accept the gems, and I can't figure out what I'm missing.

Any help is appreciated.

I think I'm very close to completing the game Untold - The Secret of the Tower, but I'm missing something, and I can't figure out what it is. The only object I still haven't used for anything is a roll of tape, except for the colored gems, which obviously go into the slots on the tower. Does anyone know what the roll of tape is for?

I really love the atmosphere in this game, and I'm dying to know the secret! I can't find any walkthroughs or help anywhere on the net, as this game is quite new and doesn't seem to have caught on yet.
