After Updating to 8.4 Game of War has terrible lag and is not connecting to the servers

Takes almost a minute to log into game, while in game, take 30 seconds or more to show chat or when changing screens, sending marches, changing equipment. Also get messages saying lost connection when trying to send marches. Never had any of these issues prior to update. Anyone else experiencing these problems? Can I go back to previous IOS? My older iphone that was not updated is not experiencing these issues.

I believe Apple stopped signing iOS 8.3. Apple is planning to release bug fixes for iOS 8.4 so you should try holding out. A reset of the network settings or restoring your device can help.
