Why can't I think of an app's name and it's killing me?

Can't think of an app's name and it's killing me!

I'm trying to remember the name of an app I had when I had an iphone a few years ago and wondering if it's still around. It's like clash of kings, when you go to attack someone you have to march to them and what not. But in this game, if you conquered someone they paid you a portion of their collected resources until they freed themselves. You could also make armor for you leader and what not, again just like clash of kings. But you could choose where you place your buildings in your city. I can't for the love of God think of the name and it's literally killing me inside.. It was such a fun game, would love to play it again on my ipad if it's still around.

Have you tried bing or google using "games like clash of kings" as a search?
