RSS Reader + Push

Hey all,

Looking for some good advice. I have a feed (fire department) which uses a RSS feed which I was wondering if there is a good app out there which reads the feed and when there is an update it pushes it to my phone as a alert.

The two apps that I can think of would be Faast and Boxcar 2, though I don't have much experience with either.
