Let me preface by saying that I'm a 19 year old who only weighs 100lbs.

I really want to gain weight, but in a healthy way. I know in order for me to do that I need to eat. A LOT. I was wondering if any of you had any ideas as far as what apps could help me do this. I'm very technically inclined so I think integrating fitness apps into this would, in a way, motivate me.

    Thanks in advance!

Let me be clear by also saying this isn't just to get apps to help me count calories or whatever, but also to help me out on muscle, like workout apps. Thanks.

You will need to eat more Protein above anything else to help build muscle. I will look later and make a list of some.
