Just found out gamecenter saves my progress in modern combat 5, now when iOS 8 comes out I can restore my phone and not lose any data.

Have you noticed any differences

A bit here and there, mainly Sparks and some water effects. My phone does run cooler now after the metal API got added. Also my loading times are a bit faster now.

No, I still have my 5S and another year on my contract. I spent the money I saved on a surface 2 rt, I needed a tablet and it fits my needs best. I can get modern combat 5 on my surface 2 rt but I can't continue my progress or play with other mobile OSs other than windows.

I know this is an old thread but with the recent update I think gameloft has made this game free to play... And I don't like this move. But they do give veteran players unlimited energy so that's at least a good thing...

Yes, the game is free to play, but they sell some iAP packages. And I don't like this move, too. It takes me feel that I'm a sheep...
