Nice apps. Thanks I was looking for one as well.

Now I can't decide between Skitch and A+Signature. Any recommendation?

Skitch is probably the easiest to use. Many of the Ambassadors use it when they create guides.

I use TextCamera.

There is no option for Italics at this point in time...at least not to my knowledge...

I forgot all about Phonto. I haven't used it in a while, but do recall it being a very useful app.

There's been a lot added to Phonto in the past year or so. Many new fonts and other features.
