Looking for Android replacement apps...

I'm currently on an Android phone (Nexus 5), but I'm gettting fed up with the glitches within the OS... so I'm looking to go back to iPhone again pretty soon.
I have been using an iPhone 4S 2 years ago, and loved it... but for some reason I decided to switch to Android, but I regret it now and can't wait to get back to iOS.

Now I use a few Android apps on a daily base, and I'm looking for good iOS apps that do the same.
Can you guys recommend me any good replacement iOS apps, for the following Android apps?;

- Call Control
- Smart Ring PRO

* Any recommendations would be very helpfull, thanks!

I think you can assign individual ring tones for specific people via their contacts entry settings. I never bother with settings like this, but I think that might be you are talking about?
