Seems like MN team is working on a Tapatalk like forums app for all MN Forums. Here's what Kevin said:

Before the end of the year we should have a fully-featured Mobile Nations app that combines all of our sites (blogs and forums) into one crazy-awesome experience. We definitely want to have this is as an awesome for all our power users who visit multiple communities in the family!

Same here, I hope they do the same on windows phone. IMore is still absent from windows phone and the wpcentral app wasn't even created by them

Having Tapatalk (and Forums! ), I don't see the need, though assuming it's free like the others, I'm sure it will be popular.
