Google Drive has been updated and two other apps have been released as well. Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Just tried the apps out. Just keep the Drive app it's two programs in one. Plus you get to access other files. The Docs and Sheets app are the same as the ones in the Drive app.

Google Drive is actually a great app. On top of my external hard drive, it keeps all my photos, videos, and documents backed up.
And Google sheets is a handy tool as well, thanks iOS. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I can see the benefit, but I'm hesitant to try it out. I'll probably end up doing it anyway though since it's a free app.

Are you thanking the OS or me.

Guys, we now have to use those two separate apps. I tried making a doc in drive and it's telling me to use that app instead of Google Drive like before.

Tks for the heads up Gravity.
I just tried to edit a spreadsheet on my iPad and got the pop up message to install the app.
    Good Luck

What's the point of this? It was all in one app before...

If you could do that before, what was the point of making 2 separate apps?

I still can't import a doc into the new app. What am I doing wrong?
