Gmail app doesn't work proper. No background sync and pushing

Have updated the gmail app to the latest version 3.02

Now the app isn't syncing more in the background. Also when I am receiving emails I get not push notification. The push notification comes minutes later, when I have opend the mail and read the mail.

Has somebody the same issue.

I am using a iPhone 5s with the lates iOS no jailbreak.thanks.

I use gmail through my Native 5S mail app, I have never used the 3rd party gmail app myself.

I have google apps account. It seams that all is working correct in the apple mail app. I have configured my accounts as exchange accounts.
