Facebook cache and chronology

Facebook should be a 30/40 mb App but when installed and after few days of use in the "Usage" menu it apperars as a 200mb App.
I suppose that the App cache containing many pics and the chronology may increase the memory usage.
Is there a way to clean these cache datas? I can' find any, both from the App and from the Ios

I don't use the FB app anymore due to its bloat

Try out Paper it's a lot more space friendly

Only way that I know is to delete the app and reinstall it
