Extremely fast app for quick note taking

So well I am an evernote user but it is Not as fast As I would like to,also the syncing makes it lag on my edge connection at times...the Launch time is painfully slow for

a note-taking app,sometimes I just want to save quick notes and don't want to sync them,is there any app that launches in a flash and boom we can take notes instantly...and by

fast I mean faster than the stock app...for eg launch time of launch center pro is even faster than stock apps (for me),so I would want an app just like that faster....
