Any app that can automatically turn on other apps at start up?

I really like the bittorrent sync app except it has one fatal flaw. I have to manually turn on the app every time I start the ipad in order to get the app working and syncing my photos back to my laptop.

Is there any way to get that app to automatically start itself in the background? Like maybe another app that starts other apps?

My ipad is jailbroken if that makes any difference.

You might look in Cydia to see but I am going to take a pretty good stab and say NO I have never heard of such an app JB or not.
