Did twitter get a new look? I updated the latest update but my app doesn't look like this

Yes, Twitter v6.0 for iOS has been released and it does look a tad different.

So apparently the App Store was lagging, it showed the old images of twitter I deleted the app and re downloaded it and now I see the new update!

If you're referring to the "same" update reappearing then no, it has not happened to me, but Twitter has been pushing out a good deal of updates as of late.
