To Do App That Does The Following....

I'm looking for a todo app that does the following:

- syncs with Toodledo and brings down the alarms (I like 2do, but it doesn't bring down the alarms I set on Toodledo.com)
- location awareness (if I'm by a store and have active tasks for that location, it will notify me)
- very flexible options for repeating tasks (not simply daily, weekly, every two weeks, etc.)
- handles iOS7 background updates
- allows for shared lists between my wife & I
- import tasks entered into iOS Reminders (optional)

Thought I'd ask for help from the experts.
