Best app to save bookmarks

My wife would like to get her bookmarks from her 32gb iPhone 4 to her 16gb 5C. We can do a backup because of the memory difference.

Is there an app that allows you to save your bookmarks on one phone, the somehow be able to access them on another one?

Does she have an iCloud account? If so, the bookmarks are automatically saved for her, and when she configures iCloud on the new device, the bookmarks will auto-sync to it.
