Dear all,
I am pleased to inform you that the iOS version 2.6.2 is ready for download.

In this version we added a progress bar when you transfer files, and we fixed the problem with the Onedrive account that did not allow the creation of a folder in the root folder
More importantly, other apps can now upload files to the cloud through the Rainbow app. If there are developers in this forum who wish to implement this feature in the their app, I will be happy to give them the code.

I am pleased to inform you that version 3.0 is ready for download.

• it has a new, easy to use, interface.
• As it was requested, you transfer files / folders by dragging them into a cabinet.
• You share files by dragging them into a cabinet
• As it was requested, there is a Settings screen to set which date is displayed (created or modified) and which format is used
• As with the OS-X version, you create tasks to transfer files. These tasks run in the background, without blocking the UI
• You can see the history of all tasks
• The app checks for conflicts before it transfers a file/folder
• The code to sync files / folders is updated, and you can control it from the Settings screen
• A couple of bugs were fixed

No, but I have a few large video files I need to transfer. Not real large. Maybe 700 to 800 mb each.

I am trying to transfer a 480MB file, and I get a network error. It will take me some time to sort it out

@Ledsteplin the current version of the Rainbow app does not allow you to upload such large files.

I will have this issue fixed in version 3.1

- Upload really large files to Dropbox
- Fixes memory issues when transferring large files
- Access your Photos
- Minor changes in the UI (the Search tab is removed)

@Ledsteplin in version 3.1 I was able to transfer a 450MB file to Dropbox. You should not have any issue to transfer even larger that this one files.

This version greatly improves the app responsiveness and it is highly recommended for everybody to update to it
Also:
- A progress bar is added to show the progress when taking a backup for the first time
- Correctly update the progress when deleting a folder
