Signing up for Skype question

When creating a new account using the iPad app, one of the required fields is Phone Number...what am I supposed to be using there, seeing as the iPad has no phone number?

Massie, after reading your post, I was able to create a dummy account using the iPad Skype app without entering a phone number.

Usually a good rule of thumb although except for my Skype iPhone app if it has an * next to it it is a required field otherwise you can bypass it.
