Problems with iReconcile Atomic Software

I have tried to get tech support from the folks who produce iReconcile with no luck. When I changed devices on iReconcile all my data transferred, but when I try to do a backup it works but does not show the date of my last backup, that field stays blank. I have an active backup account. Anyone else have problems with their backup in this program? Has anyone else been able to get answers from Atomic Software?

I've never used the app/ service and the company's website isn't all that helpful in this regard.

Their website is terrible. Their support is non existent!! DON't USE THEIR PROGRAMS!!!

I am trying to select an expense tracking app that I could use on my iPhone. Ireconcile looked like a good option. There is the possibility of different users - me and my wife for example - accessing the same account online.
But it is extremely hard to get information beyond the basic user manual: no response from online support, no users's forums...
Can you recommend any personal finance app that would have this online sharing functionality and be more user friendly? Thanks.
