How Do I Transfer a Complete Website (HTML) onto an iPhone or iPad?

Hey, does anyone know a way how to convert or transfer a complete website (made in HTML, containing some 100 pages) into an iOS device (preferably iPad and iPhone) while keep links working? The aim is to use that website as a photographer's portfolio when iDevice goes offline. I would appreciate any help, any way how to achieve it...
