Do you recommend any GTD/Habit tracker app? Like Plant Nanny but for other habits besides water drinking.

Wouldn't setting simple reminders via the native Reminder app or via any other reminder/to-do app help you out? That would be my recommendation....

Why not, if you don't mind me asking? Have you tried Any.Do or any of the others aside from the one you mentioned in your op?
