file converter tiff

hey guys i tried searching and looking in app store but cannot find a good resolution to this issue(if there even is one!)

ok my company requires i fax paperwork to them, which i can do at truck stops but its a pita. alot of guys are using there phones to email pdf's taken with apps like camscanner. issue is my company cant handle attachments in the payroll dept as a pdf. they either have to be emailed as a tiff or scanned and use an online faxing app(which cost money)

is there such a way to take a pic with the iphone camera and convert to tiff?
