How to backup angry birds progress?

I am thinking of restoring my device to new setup and then restoring my angry birds game progress. I don't want to restore it using the restore backup as restore backups would restore some other settings and I want to setup from scratch as much as possible.

I see that to restore game progress successfully, you can just copy some files. In the ?Documents? folder you?ll see a highscores.lua and settings.lua. Are these enough?

Also I have angry birds that is saved on another iPhone with different email address. Can I just copy this and get the progress?

There is no way to do a selective restore.
