Problem with weather apps

For about a week now I haven't been able to use any weather Apps, either it's apples or from App Store. All it said is weather unavailable. Anyone know if I can fix this?

Do you have location settings on? Have you granted permission to the weather apps to access your location? Do you have a data connection?

Try to delete and reinstall the apps.
