Looking for games with depth

I really love world of Warcraft and the occasional fps. I really am looking for a game with a lot of depth and things to do. I have downloaded order and chaos and am kind of happy with it. But I'd like to also have a game I can play when I dont have a data connection. Any ideas? Preferably a rpg. -Vandie
