Yeah I know they work fine but it just doesn't look right with all of that wasted space. Are some of these apps just not going to be updated? I'm not talking about obscure apps either, but mainstream ones like espn, eBay, etc. I just find it really annoying.

I understand how you feel. More and more apps get updated for me everyday, so I'll just continue to patiently wait as I know they'll all get updated eventually. The iPhone 5 is definitely worth the wait, IMHO, though.

It's understandable to be angry about this, but give props to Apple for even coming up with the letter boxing method so that we could use these apps before they were updated! If that didn't happen, we might not be able to use those apps at all until they're updated.

But yes, the letterboxing IS quite annoying - especially on white devices.

What about corporate users - where is the update for Good for enterprise??? Come on developers it is not rocket science. Just rebuild the app on the new xcode and you should be good to go. There is nothing too funky on the app anyways...
