    Check out this free alternative to "Maps" - it's free and available in the app store. I'm just downloading and about to check out.

    ClassicMap for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad on the iTunes App Store

    From the images it looks great, hopefully it brings back what we've lost.

    Though saying that, I had to use the navigation option with the new 'Maps' app and although it wasn't any good at pinpointing places it actually got me there without a hitch.

    Off topic I know but check out the app. Looks alright.
