We are in need. We have several traveling salesmen, installers, servicemen, etc. We need something that can help us centrally view who is where. Allow them to report expenses, and possible job details. (What was repaired, serial numbers, etc.)

My difficulty is more allowing easy reporting of work done (can be simply a note) and expenses back to our home office, in a timely fashion. If need be, our server supports shared calendars for finding who /where.

Edit: I should add that it's not a need for GPS detail. We simply need to know that "John" is in Utah at Customer X for Monday and Tuesday. (As in, don't schedule him elsewhere during that time)
