    Yes, GPS is on however never seems to update location when I swipe down. I see the GPS arrow but location stays the same. I am outside so that is not the issue. Thoughts?.

    Dude, I shall stick with the stock weather-app built in to the Notification Center; Not gonna lie though that is very appealing.

    I have about 15 weather apps that i have tried. 2 i have kept on my phone.

    Radar scope, weather underground app. and including the stock weather app.

    All work fine for me.
