iPhone 4 locked out of app store?

I just got an iPhone 4 from the new company I work for and they have something installed so I can access the app store, I can't remove the passcode from my lock screen either.

Is there a way I can bypass this so I can download apps on my phone?
It's under "general" of the settings and then go to "profile" and it says "standard iPhone lock profile and configuration."

Contains: VPN settings, restriction, password policy, exchange account, profile removal password, disables multiplayer gaming, explicit content, and installing apps.

Doubtful... and even if you could, is it worth losing your job over? They put it there for a reason, and bypassing stuff like that is generally grounds for termination - at least it is at my company.

Make a backup of the phone, then restore as new?
