spam blocking app

So I used to be on android and used mr. number to block spam calls. It was pretty great because they had a list of suspected spam that you can apply to your phone and suddenly i had practically no spam calls.

Is there a good app with a subscribable spam lit on the iphone? I know there's iblacklist, but I tried it and it doesn't have a list anyone can submit to.

iBlackList is really one of promising featured app to block unwanted calls. This one is powerful app to solve the same problem.
