I prefer apps and games that do not contain ads or irritate the heck out me by flashing ad-like reminders like Zynga games do and I don't mind paying for it.

Hard to say. I've seen apps and games that are free with better quality then the paid apps and games. But yeah the ads are very annoying.

I'm always looking for free stuff. Some apps have ads that annoy me more than others. If I can tolerate the ads I stick with free versions.
