flash web browser and adblock

I am a android guy.. but just won a ipad 3..so I am using this and loving the display. I use first row sports to watch a lot of live sporting events. You need a flash browser to use this website. You really need a ad blocker as well. can anyone please suggest the best (and fastest) flash browser for this amd the best free ad blocker?

Try Skyfire for websites that require flash.
