Help searching for an app

Hello everyone,

I am looking for an app that can make a screenshot of just a part of a website. I know the ipad can make screenshots but as the word says its fron the entire screen and I need just a part. There are some iphone apps that can do that but then we need to use the 2x button and that sucks basicly.

I believe Noterize was able to do that but don't quote me. It was bought last year by Nuance (Dragon Dictation) and pulled from the app store. Maybe it was released with a new name?

And since someone will ask?why not take a regular screenshot and crop using Photoshop Express?
